When you use The Agent Studio to automate workflows, the platform processes operational data on your behalf — including orders, invoices, purchase orders, and ERP records. This data:

Remains yours at all times. Is used only to execute the automations you have configured. Is retained for a period we agree upon in your service agreement, after which it is deleted or returned upon request. Is never used to train models for other customers.

We act as a data processor in relation to your operational data, and you remain the data controller.
