The Agent Studio is a small, focused team building AI agents for real-world operations — manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and wholesale. We started because we saw smart people wasting their days on repetitive data work that a well-designed agent could handle.
Our mission
Operations teams in manufacturing and distribution are drowning in emails, PDFs, and ERP exceptions. They have deep expertise — but spend most of their time on mechanical tasks that don't require it.
We build agents that sit inside your existing systems, learn how your team makes decisions, and handle those decisions automatically — escalating only when they genuinely need a human.
Why indie
We're deliberately small. No VC pressure to land Fortune 500 contracts before we've nailed the fundamentals. We work closely with a handful of customers and iterate fast.
That means faster response times, direct access to the people building the product, and an agent that actually reflects how your business works — not a generic template.
